A sequência do golpe:
Ele se apresenta como funcionário da agência ou do setor de segurança e informa que há irregularidades na conta ou falsas operações, compras agendadas ou realizadas
Depois, solicita que o cliente acesse a sua conta e faça procedimentos para regularizar ou impedir que a suposta fraude ocorra, o que, na verdade, são transferências para a conta do golpista
Percebi que estão tentando me

Caso receba uma ligação desse tipo, mesmo que apareça o número da agência ou central, desligue imediatamente e entre em contato direto com o banco pelos nossos canais oficiais.
