1. Voc=C3=AA vem de uma forma=C3=A7=C3=A3o em design italiana, mas seu perc=
urso foi moldado por diferentes culturas e est=C3=BAdios ao redor do mundo.=
Na sua vis=C3=A3o, o que permanece essencial na boa forma=C3=A7=C3=A3o de =
um designer - e o que a ind=C3=BAstria insiste em esquecer?
O essencial continua sendo aprender a observar profundamente - n=C3=A3o ape=
nas os objetos, mas as pessoas, os rituais, as contradi=C3=A7=C3=B5es, as t=
radi=C3=A7=C3=B5es, a forma como as coisas s=C3=A3o feitas e usadas. O desi=
gn italiano me deu essa base: a beleza como linguagem e o respeito pela his=
t=C3=B3ria e pelo artesanato. Mas minha trajet=C3=B3ria em diferentes cultu=
ras me ensinou que empatia, curiosidade e abertura s=C3=A3o igualmente cruc=
iais. Infelizmente, a ind=C3=BAstria muitas vezes esquece de cuidar das equ=
ipes por tr=C3=A1s dos projetos. Celebramos o talento, mas subestimamos o v=
alor da escuta e da colabora=C3=A7=C3=A3o. E esquecemos o valor do tempo - =
tanto no pensar quanto no fazer. A educa=C3=A7=C3=A3o em design deveria cul=
tivar mais a curiosidade e a autocr=C3=ADtica do que a certeza.
2. Ao fundar a Controvento, voc=C3=AA prop=C3=B5e um modelo coletivo, quase=
an=C3=B4nimo, em um campo ainda movido por egos e assinaturas. O que se ga=
nha - e o que se perde - quando o design deixa de carregar um nome?
Quando o design se liberta da obsess=C3=A3o pela autoria, algo libertador a=
contece: o foco deixa de ser =E2=80=9Cquem=E2=80=9D e passa a ser =E2=80=9C=
por qu=C3=AA=E2=80=9D, =E2=80=9Ccomo=E2=80=9D e =E2=80=9Cpara quem=E2=80=9D=
=2E Com a Controvento, abra=C3=A7amos a=
diversidade - n=C3=A3o apenas de pess=
oas e culturas, mas tamb=C3=A9m de pensamento, de processo e de express=C3=

=C3=B4nimo =C3=A9 o sistema atual, que muitas vezes esquece os colaboradore=
s silenciosos.
3. Voc=C3=AA j=C3=A1 disse que inova=C3=A7=C3=A3o sem tempo =C3=A9 apenas r=
u=C3=ADdo. Como criar espa=C3=A7o para uma inova=C3=A7=C3=A3o verdadeiramen=
te respons=C3=A1vel em um setor ainda regido por lan=C3=A7amentos e pela ef=
emeridade?
Precisamos recuperar a lentid=C3=A3o - n=C3=A3o como nostalgia, mas como at=
o radical. Inova=C3=A7=C3=A3o n=C3=A3o =C3=A9 apenas o que =C3=A9 novo, mas=
o que =C3=A9 significativo. E o significado exige tempo: tempo para pesqui=
sar, prototipar, repensar, falhar e tentar de novo. A press=C3=A3o por lan=
=C3=A7amentos constantes transforma criatividade em performance. Na Controv=
ento, tentamos pausar, refletir, deixar as ideias amadurecerem. Tomar o tem=
po certo, quando e se necess=C3=A1rio, para fazer os projetos certos do jei=
