Quando o design vira hashtag
Voc=C3=AA j=C3=A1 reparou como, de repente, tudo ganha um nome pronto? Japa=
ndi, quiet luxury, grandmillennial... O World of Interiors publicou um arti=
go que me fez parar para pensar - e acho que vale dividir com voc=C3=AA. A =
provoca=C3=A7=C3=A3o =C3=A9 direta: estamos matando o design transformando =
ideias em hashtags e tend=C3=AAncias de consumo instant=C3=A2neo. O que dev=
eria amadurecer e se enraizar =C3=A9 embalado em r=C3=B3tulos que duram pou=
co mais que um post no Instagram. Tony Liu, do Diet Prada, lembra que nesse=
ritmo brutal at=C3=A9 pe=C3=A7as ic=C3=B4nicas entram e saem da moda em qu=
est=C3=A3o de meses. O sof=C3=A1 Camaleonda, de Mario Bellini- s=C3=ADmbolo=
dos anos 1970 que voltou com for=C3=A7a recentemente - j=C3=A1 come=C3=A7a=
a ser tratado como =E2=80=9Cdatado=E2=80=9D por uma gera=C3=A7=C3=A3o que =
consome imagens mais r=C3=A1pido do que experi=C3=AAncias. Estilos viram me=
mes. Termos culturais complexos como wabi-sabi ou chinoiserie s=C3=A3o redu=
zidos a filtros visuais r=C3=A1pidos, usados sem contexto ou profundidade. =
O resultado? Espa=C3=A7os =E2=80=9Cinstagram=C3=A1veis=E2=80=9D, mas sem al=
ma. E aqui entra minha leitura: isso n=C3=A3o =C3=A9 s=C3=B3 est=C3=A9tica,=
=C3=A9 poder. Quem decide o que vira tend=C3=AAncia hoje n=C3=A3o s=C3=A3o=
cr=C3=ADticos, nem criadores - mas algoritmos e campanhas de marketing. O =
risco =C3=A9 enorme: perder n=C3=A3o s=C3=B3 originalidade, mas tamb=C3=A9m=
mem=C3=B3ria. Em tempos de acelera=C3=A7=C3=A3o, resistir talvez seja cult=
ivar identidade, insistir na profundidade, recuperar o tempo lento do desig=
n que dura.
Interni On Board: o luxo em movimento
Design e luxo, quando se encontram, transformam n=C3=A3o s=C3=B3 objetos, m=
as modos de viver. Ao ler o dossi=C3=AA Interni On Board 2025, me chamou at=
en=C3=A7=C3=A3o como iates, resid=C3=AAncias e hot=C3=A9is come=C3=A7am a f=
alar a mesma linguagem: conforto, estilo e, sobretudo, experi=C3=AAncias. N=
=C3=A3o se trata mais de espa=C3=A7os est=C3=A1ticos, mas de lugares que re=
spiram e prolongam o tempo. E n=C3=A3o =C3=A9 acaso que esse dossi=C3=AA ch=
egue agora. Em poucos dias come=C3=A7a o Monaco Yacht Show, maior exibi=C3=
=A7=C3=A3o de superiates da Europa. Ali, marcas de mobili=C3=A1rio como Pao=
la Lenti mostram que o design de interiores j=C3=A1 conquistou o universo n=
=C3=A1utico. O que a Interni investiga em suas p=C3=A1ginas ganha corpo no =
cais de M=C3=B4naco. O destaque =C3=A9 o novo projeto Maiora, que redefine =
paradigmas no design de iates. Os ambientes deixam de responder a l=C3=B3gi=
cas r=C3=ADgidas para se tornarem espa=C3=A7os de conv=C3=ADvio, contempla=
=C3=A7=C3=A3o e prazer - um resgate da experi=C3=AAncia como centro. =C3=89=
a aproxima=C3=A7=C3=A3o definitiva entre arquitetura, mobili=C3=A1rio e es=
tilo de vida. E o que os propriet=C3=A1rios desejam em 2025? Cruzeiros tran=
quilos, quase informais. Iates abertos, em contato direto com o mar, cheios=
de personalidade e conforto. Tecnologias integradas permitem viagens mais =
longas e conscientes - mas sem espet=C3=A1culo excessivo. O luxo do futuro =
n=C3=A3o est=C3=A1 na ostenta=C3=A7=C3=A3o, mas no ritmo desacelerado, onde=
o mar se torna extens=C3=A3o da casa. Do arranha-c=C3=A9u ao iate, do hote=
l ao mobili=C3=A1rio assinado, a busca =C3=A9 a mesma: unir heran=C3=A7a cu=
ltural e inova=C3=A7=C3=A3o para devolver ao humano a qualidade de estar. O=
mar, antes limite, agora =C3=A9 linguagem.
Compartilho a conversa que tive esta semana com Patricia Urquiola - mente a=

iras. =C3=80 frente de seu est=C3=BAdio em Mil=C3=A3o, com 70 profissionais=
de 18 nacionalidades, Urquiola cria muito al=C3=A9m de m=C3=B3veis e arqui=
teturas: projeta futuros - mobilidade, ambientes de trabalho, ciclos de pro=
du=C3=A7=C3=A3o. Em sua linguagem, tradi=C3=A7=C3=A3o e tecnologia se entre=
la=C3=A7am, artesanato e ind=C3=BAstria se provocam, sempre em busca do pr=
=C3=B3ximo movimento.
1 - Marcas como Prada, Dior ou Armani transformaram produtos em s=C3=ADmbol=
os de desejo global, muito al=C3=A9m da fun=C3=A7=C3=A3o. No mobili=C3=A1ri=
o, poucas atingem esse patamar. O que falta para que design de interiores e=
m=C3=B3veis conquistem o mesmo capital simb=C3=B3lico?
A moda e o design de interiores s=C3=A3o mundos distintos, ainda que compar=
tilhem valores culturais e comunicacionais. A moda construiu um sistema de =
comunica=C3=A7=C3=A3o muito potente, capaz de transformar um produto em s=
=C3=ADmbolo global. J=C3=A1 o design de mobili=C3=A1rio segue outro process=
o: mais lento, vinculado =C3=A0 durabilidade, =C3=A0 artesania e =C3=A0 mem=
=C3=B3ria. O fato de poucas pessoas no mundo conhecerem uma marca como Cass=
ina, por exemplo, n=C3=A3o =C3=A9 uma fraqueza, mas sim reflexo de outro te=
mpo e de outro ritmo. O nosso caminho deve ser o da identidade cont=C3=ADnu=
a, da autenticidade e, sobretudo, da sustentabilidade. N=C3=A3o podemos cop=
iar a velocidade da moda. O design se legitima quando dura - quando atraves=
sa o tempo sem perder a ess=C3=AAncia.
2 - Qual =C3=A9 o segredo para um designer-diretor criar para v=C3=A1rias m=
arcas sem diluir sua identidade - nem a delas?
Cada companhia =C3=A9 diferente, com sua hist=C3=B3ria, sua cultura, suas t=
ecnologias. Trabalhar com v=C3=A1rias marcas =C3=A9 como ter diferentes di=
=C3=A1logos: cada conversa =C3=A9 =C3=BAnica, n=C3=A3o se repete. O segredo=
=C3=A9 manter viva a pr=C3=B3pria identidade cultural, mas ao mesmo tempo =
entrar no universo da companhia com curiosidade e respeito. Eu me alimento =
desse interc=C3=A2mbio - questionando, experimentando, aprendendo. A identi=
dade do designer n=C3=A3o se dilui quando =C3=A9 aut=C3=AAntica; pelo contr=
=C3=A1rio, se fortalece em contato com outras realidades. Cada colabora=C3=
=A7=C3=A3o =C3=A9 irrepet=C3=ADvel, como uma boa conversa entre amigos.
3 - Com fabricantes cada vez mais focados no direct-to-consumer e em flagsh=
ip stores ic=C3=B4nicas, vendendo direto ao consumidor, qual ser=C3=A1 o de=
stino das multimarcas: sobreviver como curadoras ou desaparecer dos grandes=
centros?
As multimarcas sempre tiveram um papel essencial como curadoras. Defenderam=
os designers, protegeram os produtos, criaram narrativas. Eu gosto muito d=
as multimarcas, tenho um apre=C3=A7o verdadeiro por elas, porque sempre nos=
apoiaram de maneira extraordin=C3=A1ria. Claro que o sistema est=C3=A1 mud=
ando: haver=C3=A1 mais digital, novos formatos de aquisi=C3=A7=C3=A3o. Mas =
as multimarcas sempre se reinventaram e continuar=C3=A3o a faz=C3=AA-lo. Ta=
lvez mais seletivas, talvez mais ligadas ao colecionismo, com um trabalho a=
inda mais cultural. Num mundo cada vez mais complexo, a diversidade de cana=
is ser=C3=A1 fundamental. As multimarcas continuar=C3=A3o a dar aquilo que =
uma flagship n=C3=A3o pode: um olhar m=C3=BAltiplo e diverso sobre o design=
=2E
Tudo azul, meu bem
Quem acompanhou minhas palestras de p=C3=B3s-Mil=C3=A3o sabe: eu disse que =
a cor de 2026 seria o azul. Coincid=C3=AAncia, talvez=E2=80=A6 Mas eu j=C3=
=A1 estava l=C3=A1 na frente. Azul =C3=A9 predileto universal - a cor da si=
mpatia, da harmonia, da fidelidade. Feminino e intelectual, frio mas magn=
=C3=A9tico. Pesquisa recente mostra: 46% dos homens e 44% das mulheres o el=
egem favorito. Apenas 1% e 2% o rejeitam. Ou seja: quase ningu=C3=A9m resis=
te ao azul. Coco Chanel decretava: depois dos 40, nada de preto, apenas azu=
l-marinho. Diana, no casamento com Charles, bordou sua fidelidade com fitas=
e flores azuis - ironia da hist=C3=B3ria, mas simbologia intacta. Nesta se=
mana, a 22=C2=AA edi=C3=A7=C3=A3o do ColourFutures=E2=84=A2, estudo global =
da AkzoNobel, confirmou o pressentimento: Azul Puro =C3=A9 a cor do ano de =
2026. Vibrante, vers=C3=A1til, ele encarna equil=C3=ADbrio e clareza em mei=
o ao ru=C3=ADdo contempor=C3=A2neo. Como explicou Heleen van Gent, diretora=
criativa da marca, cor =C3=A9 emo=C3=A7=C3=A3o - por isso, tr=C3=AAs palet=
as acompanham o Azul Puro para traduzir estados de esp=C3=ADrito que v=C3=
=A3o da desacelera=C3=A7=C3=A3o contemplativa ao desejo de ousar e celebrar=

O futuro =C3=A9 agora. N=C3=A3o =C3=A9 uma promessa distante, mas um exerc=
=C3=ADcio di=C3=A1rio entre tecnologia e sensibilidade humana. A m=C3=A1qui=
na acelera e aprende; n=C3=B3s, humanos, damos sentido e criamos. Na semana=
passada, em S=C3=A3o Paulo, tive a honra de apresentar e dirigir o CONAD ,=
que trouxe =C3=A0 cena o painel Intelig=C3=AAncia Humana & Tecnologia . O =
tema n=C3=A3o poderia ser mais urgente: como equilibrar algoritmos e emo=C3=
=A7=C3=B5es para projetar futuros mais humanos. Compartilho aqui os pontos =
que mais ecoaram na manh=C3=A3 de abertura do primeiro dia.
Christie Schulka lembrou que emo=C3=A7=C3=A3o, desejo e criatividade s=C3=
=A3o nossa for=C3=A7a vital. A neuroci=C3=AAncia, disse ela, nos d=C3=A1 ca=
madas mais profundas de leitura das pessoas, e isso =C3=A9 indispens=C3=A1v=
el para projetar. Para Christie, o designer de interiores tem uma responsab=

rio segue outro processo: mais lento, vinculado à durabilidade, à=
artesania e à memória. O fato de poucas pessoas no mundo conhece=

; mudando: haverá mais digital, novos formatos de aquisição.=
Mas as multimarcas sempre se reinventaram e continuarão a fazê-l=
o. Talvez mais seletivas, talvez mais ligadas ao colecionismo, com um traba=
lho ainda mais cultural. Num mundo cada vez mais complexo, a diversidade de=
canais será fundamental. As multimarcas continuarão a dar aquilo=
