De fato, tudo na China =E2=80=9Cbrilha!=E2=80=9D. Evidentemente, existe um =
esfor=C3=A7o enorme para vender a ideia de modernidade, por=C3=A9m o dia a =
dia das realidades da maioria da popula=C3=A7=C3=A3o n=C3=A3o condiz com es=
sa imagem. Apesar do imenso progresso material realizado nos =C3=BAltimos 4=
0 anos, a China, como toda a humanidade, ainda tem muitos problemas a resol=
ver.
3. Se espa=C3=A7os s=C3=A3o narrativas, qual =C3=A9 hoje o papel da arquite=
tura brasileira: guardi=C3=A3 de mem=C3=B3ria, agente de transforma=C3=A7=
=C3=A3o social ou vitrine para o mercado global?
Infelizmente, a arquitetura brasileira tornou-se a =C3=BAltima das produ=C3=
=A7=C3=B5es culturais brasileiras - sumiu das refer=C3=AAncias. O design, a=
 m=C3=BAsica, a literatura, as artes pl=C3=A1sticas ainda conseguem express=
ar o que nossa arquitetura esqueceu de realizar. Nossa arquitetura tornou-s=
e repetitiva, sem repert=C3=B3rio e sem linguagem. O mundo espera que sejam=
os profundamente brasileiros para despertarmos novamente interesse e admira=
=C3=A7=C3=A3o. Esquecemos de olhar para quem somos! Vemos poucos e raros (q=
uase exce=C3=A7=C3=B5es) exemplos em que se procurou refletir nossa realida=
de, nossa hist=C3=B3ria, nossa bagagem cultural.
4. Sustentabilidade j=C3=A1 virou um mantra no discurso - voc=C3=AA concord=
a? Na pr=C3=A1tica, o que ainda soa como =E2=80=98greenwashing arquitet=C3=
=B4nico=E2=80=99 que poucos t=C3=AAm coragem de expor?
De fato, muito se fala e pouco se faz, todos tentando surfar nesta onda.
Toda boa arquitetura =C3=A9 sustent=C3=A1vel, inteligente, inclusiva e perm=
anente, n=C3=A3o necessitando de selos ou discursos.
O Doce Amargo do Consumo
O doce deixou de ser sobremesa e virou manifesto. Um biscoito ou bolo virou=
 gesto de estilo, moeda cultural e escape emocional. Segundo a McKinsey (Re=
lat=C3=B3rio de Consumo 2025), consumidores buscam pequenas indulg=C3=AAnci=
as como estrat=C3=A9gia de bem-estar diante de metas inalcan=C3=A7=C3=A1vei=
s. Na era do quiet luxury, o requinte se desloca: em vez de joias, um doce =
artesanal em embalagem de grife. Como observa Kara Nielsen (The Sweet Profe=
ssor), =E2=80=9Cos consumidores compram um estilo de vida por meio de um bi=
